Ingredients:-
- Darchini: Cinnamon is a commonly used aromatic spice with medicinal properties. It is also known as Dalchini (Hindi) and Twak (Sanskrit). This medicinal herb can be used in the treatment and prevention of many common ailments such as acne, pimples, cough, and digestive troubles. Cinnamon is obtained from many species of tree belonging to the family Lauraceae. The cinnamon tree is evergreen and about 6-8 m high. The bark of the tree is collected from April-July and October-December. In India, cinnamon trees are cultivated on the Western Ghats and adjoining hills. It is useful for diarrhea, Colds coughs, etc.
- Mastagi : Mastic is a tree. People use the sap (resin) from the trunk to make medicine. Mastic is used for stomach and intestinal ulcers, breathing problems, muscle aches, and bacterial and fungal infections. It is also used to improve blood circulation. Some people apply mastic directly to the skin for cuts and as an insect repellent. In dentistry, mastic resin is used as a material for fillings. Chewing the resin releases substances that freshen the breath and tighten the gums.
- Jaifal: Nutmeg and mace are plant products. Nutmeg is the shelled, dried seed of the plant Myristica fragrans, and mace is the dried net-like covering of the shell of the seed. Nutmeg and mace are used to make medicine. Nutmeg and mace are used for diarrhea, nausea, stomach spasms and pain, and intestinal gas. They are also used for treating cancer, kidney disease, and trouble sleeping (insomnia); increasing menstrual flow; causing a miscarriage; as a hallucinogen; and as a general tonic. Nutmeg and mace are applied to the skin to kill pain, especially pain caused by achy joints (rheumatism), mouth sores, and toothache.
- Balcharr: The Common name is Jatamai, Sambul lateeb, and Sumbul-ut-teeb. The plant has a rich history of medicinal use and has been valued for centuries in Ayurvedic (Indian) and Unani (ancient Greco-Arab) systems of medicine. The rhizomes of the plant are used in the Ayurvedic system of medicine as a bitter tonic, stimulant, antispasmodic, and to treat hysteria, convulsions, and epilepsy. The root has been medically used to treat insomnia and blood, circulatory, and mental disorders. Some preparations of the plant have been used as a heptotonic, cardiotonic, analgesic, and diuretic in the Unani system of medicine. The plant is of economic importance and has been used to produce perfumes and dyes.
- Ajwain Khurasani: It is globally distributed from North America to South West China. Within India, it has been recorded in the Western Himalayan region of Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim, and Arunachal Pradesh in an altitude range from 2100 to 3300 m. It is an erect viscidly hairy, annual herb growing 30-150cm high. There are two forms of the plant, an annual and a biennial. The annual grows during the summer to a height of 30 to 60cm and then flowers and sets seed. The biennial produces only a tuft of basal leaves during the first season, which gets disappears in winter and leaves underground a thick fleshy root Flowering and Fruiting occurs April-September. The stem grows up to a few meters high. Khurasani ajwain is used for smoke to treat toothaches and asthma is widespread. It is used in the treatment of anxiety, agitation, unease, insomnia, and spasmodic digestive disorders. It is also used in Parkinson’s disease and Neuralgia

Dosage:-
