New Shama Sharbat Dinar is an Unani herbal remedy. It tackles problems with the liver such as hepatitis and hypertrophy. It is helpful in conditions like sparse urination because it has diuretic qualities. Sharbat, also known as syrup, is a sweet syrup compound made from the decoction, infusion, and water extract of various dried fruits, herbs, seeds, and other ingredients. The main component of Sharbat Dinar is Deenar, also known as Cuscuta reflexa seed. Cuscuta reflexa seeds, known in Greek as Tukhm Kasoos, are known as Deenar.

• To be given  25 to 50 ml with 125 ml Arq Badiyan or water or as directed by the physician.
