Depending on the return policy, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and packing slip or will ask you to either ship the parcel and send us the product n the mentioned address. Alternatively, we may ask you to wait for us to reach out to provide the next steps for the return, such as in cases of oversized or heavy items or when sending an item back to a seller located in another country. We may also provide you with our return shipping label.
