Kottakkal Manasamitra Vatakam (also known as Manasmitra Gulika) is a tablet form made of 73 herbs. Widely used in mental disorders and balances tridoshas especially the Pitta Dosha.

Kottakkal Manasamitra Vatakam Usage:
- Used in treating psychosis, depression, and epilepsy.
- In childhood disorders like autism, also improve memory, concentration, and functions of the brain.
- Neurological disorders, Vata diseases.
Effect on Tridosha – balances Vata, Pitta, and Kapha
Kottakkal Manasamitra Vatakam Dosage:
- 1 – 2 tablets once or twice daily. The dosage must be a smaller quantity in the case of children.
- It should be consumed only under strict medical supervision or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
- Over-dose could be toxic.
