Kottakkal Aragwadhadi Kwatham Tablets

Kottakkal Aragwadhadi Kwatham Tablets is an ayurvedic medicine for the treatment of vomiting, diabetes, skin diseases with itching, ringworm infection, etc.

Ayurvedic remedy known as Aragwadhadi Kashayam is particularly well-known in liquid form. Other names for it are Aragwadhadi Kashaya and Aragvadhadi Kashayam.

Kottakkal Aragwadhadi Kwatham Tablets benefits:- 

• It is used in the Ayurvedic treatment of vomiting, diabetes, skin diseases with itching, ringworm infection,  allergic dermatitis, eczema and nonhealing wounds, kaphaja fever, scabies, and wounds.
• Physicians consider this as good in the vitiation of fat and in diabetes.
• It is also used for the treatment of jock itch and ringworm skin infections.
• Also used in treating hemorrhoids.

How long to use it?:-

It can be used for a period of 1 – 2 months time, based on a doctor’s advice.

 Dose:- 

1. The dose is 12 – 24 ml, before food, at about 6 am and 6 pm, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
2. It is usually advised to add an equal amount of water to the kashayam.
3. Good for Dhara in petit wounds.
4. For Dhara- mix 15 ml in 300 ml of warm water and distill.
5. It is also available in Tablet form.

Pathya:-

The meal should be of broken rice with boiled vegetables and buttermilk.
Chilies, tamarind, and salt must be discarded.
Rock salt, ghee, bitter gourd, elephant yam, plantains, green gram, ginger, and other pathya items can be taken.

1. There are no known side effects of this medicine.
2. A very high dose may cause gastritis.
