New Shama Majun Ushba is a compounded version of an Unani drug ( Herbs). Ushba is the main component. This is used to cleanse the blood and get rid of toxins from the blood and skin as well. It helps treat a variety of skin conditions, including papules, itching, scaling, and oozing. This is also applied to piles and syphilis.

- Afteemoon (Cuscuta reflexa herb): Cuscuta is an easily identifiable green-yellow colored, leafless, parasitic twining stem that tangles on the host plant with its countless branches and draws its nutrition. In traditional medicinal systems, the whole plant of cuscuta is used for the treatment of various diseases. Cuscuta plant is used for treating constipation, liver, and spleen diseases, diarrhea, inflammation, etc. Cuscuta is alterative, purgative, carminative, and anthelmintic.
- Berg Gaozaban (Borage officinalis leaf): It is used for skin disorders including eczema (atopic dermatitis), red, itchy rash on the scalp (seborrheic dermatitis), and a type of skin condition called neurodermatitis. It is also used for rheumatoid arthritis (RA), swelling of the gums, stress, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), diabetes, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), alcoholism, pain and swelling (inflammation), asthma, and for preventing heart disease and stroke. Borage oil is sometimes added to infant formula in small amounts to provide the fatty acids needed to promote the development of preterm infants. - Ushba (Sarsaparilla indica herb): The root is a valuable alternative, blood purifier, demulcent, diaphoretic, diuretic, and tonic. It is used in the treatment of appetite loss, dyspepsia, fever, skin diseases, syphilis, leucorrhoea, genitourinary diseases, and chronic coughs. A paste of the roots is applied externally to swellings and Joint pain.
