New Shama Halwa Badam is a compound medicine composition from the Unani tradition. Badam is one of the main ingredients in this halwa. To treat brain deterioration, Unani medication is used. Semen production should be increased.

New Shama Halwa Badam Ingredients:-

• Badam:  Sweet almond is a plant. It produces kernels (nuts) that are a familiar food. Sweet almond oil, prepared by pressing the kernels, is used to make medicine. Sweet almond is used as a mild laxative, and as a remedy for cancer of the bladder, breast, mouth, spleen, and uterus. Some people apply sweet almonds directly to the skin to soften chapped skin, soothe mucous membranes, and kill germs. Sweet almond is also used to dissolve certain medications in a liquid so they can be given as shots.  Early research suggests that eating raw almonds daily for 4-9 weeks might lower total cholesterol and “bad” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol in people with high cholesterol. However, eating almonds does not appear to improve “good” high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol or blood fats called triglycerides.
• Pista:  Pistachios help reduce bad cholesterol, and LDL, and increase good cholesterol, and HDL in the body thus preventing heart diseases. It also increases the strength of the nerves making the heart stronger (1).
• Chironji: Chironji bark and gum medicinal uses. The bark contains antioxidant properties which help to treat various ailments. The gum can be used to treat digestive problems and chest pain. It reduces pain caused by osteoarthritis.

New Shama Halwa Badam Dosage:-

Adults: 1 to 2 teaspoons with 250 ml of lukewarm milk in the morning and evening. Children: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with lukewarm milk in the morning and evening.
